The Commission is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Saul Holt, Director of Criminal Law and Senior Public Defender with Victoria Legal Aid and Bruce Gardner, Directorate Manager, Policy and Advice Directorate at the Office of Public Prosecutions as members of the Victorian Law Reform Commission.
The appointment was announced by the Attorney-General, Robert Clark, on Wednesday 18 April 2012: "Mr Holt and Mr Gardner bring with them outstanding skills and experience which will greatly assist the Commission in carrying out its important functions," Mr Clark said.
The Commission warmly welcomes the addition of these well-respected members of the legal community.
