New Chairperson and Commissioners appointed

The Commission is pleased to announce the recent appointment of three new Commissioners.

Former Supreme Court judge Philip Cummins QC has been appointed to serve as the Chairperson of the Commission. Frank Vincent QC, also a long-standing judge of the Supreme Court, and Dr Ian Hardingham QC, have been appointed as members of the Commission.

Dr Hardingham will lead the Commission's current review of Victoria's succession laws, drawing on a wealth of experience as a senior barrister in wills, estates and equity practice.

The Commission warmly welcomes the addition of these well-respected members of the legal community.
