Succession laws
The Attorney-General Robert Clark announced on 2 March 2012 that the Commission would review of Victoria's succession laws. Mr Clark said the review would seek to ensure these laws operate justly, fairly and in accordance with community expectations in the way property is dealt with after a person dies.
