The information paper for the abortion reference was released in September 2007, after the Commission received the terms of reference for the project.
The paper includes:
- the terms of reference
- information about the current state of the law in Victoria and other states
- a list of discussion questions
- instructions about how to make a submission.
Submissions in response to the information paper were due on 9 November 2007.
