| ART and Adoption - Final Report | In June 2007 the commission launched the Assited Reproductive Technology and Adoption: Final Report which made 202 recommendations for reform of the laws governing surrogacy, adoption and assisted reproductive technologies such as IVF (in-vitro fertilisation). |

| Assistance Animals - Final Report | The commission's final report on assistance animals was tabled by the Attorney-General on 29 January 2009. |
| Assistance Animals: Consultation Paper | The Victorian Law Reform Commission published a consultation paper about assistance animals in July 2008. People were invited to make a submission in response to the paper. Submissions were due by 18 August 2008. The project is part of the commission's the Community Law Reform program. |
