Consultative Committees
We will create advisory/consultative committees for some law reform projects.
Members of these committees are selected because of their expertise in the particular area of the law or their experience and involvement in issues relevant to the law reform questions being considered.
The committee usually meets a few times throughout a project's life to provide feedback to the commission. The committee is not involved in developing or voting on the commission's recommendations.
