Residential Tenancy Databases: Report

The Residential Tenancy Databases: Report was released in April 2006, after consultation with the Tenants Union of Victoria and the database operators.

The report recommends national regulation of the databases, but in the interim that the state government amends the Residential Tenancies Act to improve the transparency of the databases and regulate their operation.
