Civil Justice Review: Consultation Paper

The Civil Justice Review: Consultation Paper includes a list of questions about aspects of civil law that will be reviewed, including discovery, case management and listing practices, incentives and penalties, conduct and sanctions, unrepresented litigants, alternative dispute resolution, commencing and defending proceedings, cost and delay and fees and costs.
