Criminal Liability of the Crown: Final Report

The Criminal Liability for Workplace Death and Serious Injury in the Public Sector: Final Report was tabled in parliament on 9 May 2002.

The report contains recommendations on how to extend the statutory offences of ‘corporate manslaughter’ and ‘negligently causing serious injury by a body corporate’ to the public sector.
