Family Violence - Implementation
The Victorian Government has responded to the Family Violence Police Holding Powers: Interim Report with legislation that implemented all the recommendations, with some modifications.
The government is yet to introduce legislation in response to the Review of Family Violence Laws:Report, although it has indicated support for the commission’s recommendations.
