Privacy Law Options for Reform: Information Paper

The Privacy Law: Options for Reform Information Paper was released in July 2001.

This paper outlines current practices and gaps in legislation, in response to the Attorney-General’s reference to the commission to examine privacy protection and identify priority areas for reform.
