Workplace Privacy - Implementation
The government has banned surveillance in workplace toilets, changerooms, lactation rooms and washrooms, as recommended by the commission in its Workplace Privacy: Final Report.
The Attorney-General Rob Hulls said the bill is the first stage in developing a 'more comprehensive regime to protect privacy in the workplace'.
