Workplace Privacy: Options Paper

The Workplace Privacy Options Paper was released on 23 September 2004 and submissions were accepted until 30 November 2004.

The paper proposes possible options for the regulatory reform of workplace privacy and asks employers, workers and members of the public to identify their preferred model.

Chapter 4: Options for Reform
