Law Reform in Action
VCE legal studies students need to show an understanding of how law reform is achieved and how a law reform body operates.
The commission has published the Law Reform in Action booklet to assist students with these tasks, with the help of a Victorian Law Foundation grant.
The booklet outlines the commission's processes and uses the Defences to Homicide review as a case study.
Printed copies of the booklet can be ordered from the commission. Contact us on 03 8619 8619 or email law.reform@lawreform.vic.gov.au.
