Civil Justice Report launched

On 28 May the commission's review of the civil justice system was launched at Parliament House. 

The report outlines reforms designed to make Victoria's civil litigation system cheaper, fairer and simpler, and also recommends areas for further review and reform. 

The commissioner in charge of the reference, Dr Peter Cashman, said “reform is required to provide a modern, transparent and efficient civil justice system in Victoria”.
