Civil Justice Review delivered to Attorney-General

On 4 March 2008 the final draft of the commission's review of Victoria's civil justice system was delivered to the Attorney-General, Rob Hulls. The report contains recommendations aimed at reducing the cost, length and complexity of civil trials. The report will be finalised by the commission and made available to the public in the coming months.
