New Commissioner Appointed

Deputy Premier and Attorney-General Rob Hulls has announced the appointment of Magistrate Mandy Chambers as a member of the Victorian Law Reform Commission. Ms Chambers was appointed to the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria in 2006 and is President of the Victorian Magistrates’ Association. She also serves on the court’s Sexual Assault Management Committee, Victims of Crime Tribunal Co-ordinating Committee and Family Violence and Family Law Portfolio Group. Current commissioner Paris Aristotle has also been reappointed.
