We will endeavour to reply to your request within seven days. There will be no charge for the information. You can request us to erase, rectify, complete and amend the data that we hold about you.

Before we send you any personal data, you will need to provide evidence of your identity. Should you not provide evidence of your identity, we reserve the right to refuse to provide you with the personal data.

How we protect your information

We have implemented technology and security policies, rules and measures to protect the personal information that we have under our control from unauthorised access, improper use, alteration, unlawful or accidental destruction and accidental loss. We will remove personal information from our system where it is no longer required (except where archiving is required).
