The Commission has been asked by Victoria’s Attorney-General to review Victoria’s responses to stalking, harassment and similar conduct, including the way the Personal Safety Intervention Order (PSIO) system works in Victoria.
This consultation paper, published in June 2021, outlines the issues with the current law and asks some questions about how the law could be reformed.
