About the project and talking to the Commission
Stage 2 of this project examines how children and young people participate in family violence intervention order (FVIO) proceedings and whether reforms are needed to ensure they have the opportunity to be heard on decisions which affect them.
The Commission is interested in hearing from people with lived experience of the FVIO system as a child or young person, and the people who have supported them.
